When I help out in my favourite shop, Quirky Dovetail, I cannot resist buying something in the shop as it's always full of the most tempting items.

These two little Moroccan lanterns caught my eye so I had to buy them. They were a steal at £10 each. I brought them home last night and used them in my neighbour's garden with friends last night over plenty of red wine and a South African lamb poike.

Tonight I lit them and placed them on the kitchen table. The light is so warm and romantic and reminds me of my trip to Marrakesh a few years ago. Aren't they darling?
