My 27 year old younger son has decided to move to Sydney to live and he leaves on Wednesday 4 Sept :(  He wanted to do the tourist things and do an open-top bus tour of London and a cruise on the Thames we the two of us did both of these things today.

I must admit that it's easy to take for granted the place we live and today was a real eye opener for me and it made me realise that we live in the most beautiful city. It was aided by a stunningly gorgeous day and temperatures of 26°C. 

Tomorrow my two sons and I are going up the Shard, which is the highest building in Europe and we should have some stunning views as the weather is going to be clear, bright and very hot.
