I have a lot of mirrors in my flat and I like to dress them for Christmas with lights and/or a bunch of Christmas decorations in the centre.
I have had these fabulous large balls for three years — I found them in a local antique shop though they are not antique, just made to look old. I always hang them on the large mirror in the kitchen with a string of (battery powered) lights. This year I have enhanced them with some of the sparkly butterflies that I used on the Christmas tree.
These four baubles below are also from the Designers Guild and are seriously kitsch! I have hung them over the mirror in the kitchen above the sideboard that I painted last year with Annie Sloan paint. The candles are also Designers Guild and the purple tulips help to tie the look together.
Here are a couple of the other mirrors I have decorated (as seen in previous posts). You can never have too many mirrors or too many Xmas lights and decorations!!
